FAQ - Will I need physiotherapy?
You will be given detailed instruction on how to rehabilitate by a physiotherapist during your hospital stay.
This will cover most of your physiotherapy needs and further outpatient physiotherapy, whilst desirable, is not essential. Individuals also differ in their need for further guidance once they have left hospital, and this can only be assessed after surgery. The team of surgeon, nurses and physios will assess your need and advise accordingly.
