The model is Noelle Gornall, who has kindly agreed to allow us to use her images on this website! In some of the exercises, Noelle is using a rubber band called a Theraband or a Swiss ball. Your local physiotherapy department will have these.
Next, we have produced a patient information booklet which concentrates on physiotherapy and related matters.
